• Job Description: Represent DTI in policy compliance discussions communicate risk mitigation requirements to DTI teams act as a liaison between DTI and Wells Fargo competency centers and other critical partners interact with all areas and roles within DTI and its technology & business partners including Senior Managers.
  
  keep accurate reporting of status using tracking tools create, communicate (verbally and in written form), and distribute updates and status and/or presentations as needed additional tasks may be assigned in other areas as needed around Risk and Compliance by serving as a central point for data and being an advocate for application teams as neededNote: This position will work independently and as part of a teamResponsibilities: Ability to clearly communicate both written and verbally across multiple business teams.
  
  Manage inter-dependent release calendars and their sprint milestones Manage release entry and exit criteria Lead daily stand-ups for the life of the sprint Manage release timelines and deliverables ensuring all teams' deliverables are met as outlined in the release calendar Ability to identify, manage and mitigate risk and escalations as needed.
  
  Publish communication to stakeholders on the health of the release Ability to facilitate meetings and escalations effectively to drive results Ability to identify process gaps with a solution based approach on improvements Active participation in team discussions and meetings on assigned topics, tools and challengesSkillsets / Must Haves.
