We are currently interviewing for a Senior Consultant - ServiceNow Administrator for our global teamObjective:We are looking for Senior Consultant - ServiceNow Administrator to join our growing team Candidates will help to design, configure, develop and implement baseline and custom applications and enhancements in ServiceNow Candidates will provide architectural input and help maintain stability of the overall platform by ensuring the appropriate design and development standards are used at all timesIdeal candidates for this position are self-motivated, creative problem-solvers who can adapt to new technologies and evolving customer requirements.

Candidates must have at least an English level of 60% for both speaking and writing Responsibilities:
    • Work independently and as a technical team member
    • Work in multiple instances and domains, supporting internal and external customers
    • Utilize an Agile/Scrum methodology to manage development work
    • Advise functional and admin teams on design, development and overall ServiceNow best practices
    • Collaborate with business, systems, and Technology partners in business analysis meetings to develop business and systems requirements
    • Solution and develop requested enhancements to existing ServiceNow applications
    • Script Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, Workflow Activities, etc
    • Facilitate and support the rollout of new application and enhancements in ServiceNow
    • Analyze system performance issues and determine performance enhancements
    • Create new applications, modules, and tables
    • Activate a plug-in
    • Create and track Service Catalog requests, and items with variables
    • Create, monitor, modify, and publish Service Catalog workflows with approvals
    • Follow the notification process back to the Business Rule
    • Import data into the instance
    • Create and use update sets to facilitate moving customizations between instances
    • Search, populate, and customize the Knowledge Base
    • Create an Access Control Rule (ACL)Create global controls for attachments and cookies
    • Custom scripting
    • Build third party software integrations LDAP directories, such as: Active Directory, eDirectory, OpenLDAP Single Sign-on using: Digested Token, SAML 1.

Requirements:
    • Minimum 3-5 years of ServiceNow development, configuration and administration experience
    • Experience developing on the ServiceNow platform, including the creation and/or customization of the core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Requests, etc
    • Experience administering a ServiceNow instance including the group and user maintenance, ACL, UI Actions, Catalog Items, etcExcellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features
    • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills to resolve technical issues
    • Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow data model and relationshipsStrong knowledge of ITIL processes
    • Candidate must ensure that compliance with data protection legislation under the DPA, EU GDPR, any otherapplicable data protection legislation
Skills:
    • 3+ years of experience with Domain Separation
    • 3+ years of experience with Agile/Scrum methodology, with participation in the full software development life cycle: Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing and promotion into Production
    • 3+ years of experience with Performance Analytics
    • 3+ years of experience with all modules, specifically Service, Change, Reports, CMDB, Problems, and Knowledge Base
    • 3+ years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform in a medium to large enterprise environment (7,500 employees or larger)
    • 3+ years experience with JavaScript3+ years experience with various web technologies (JAVA Script, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP) or comparable web design.

    • 3+ years experience in developing and using orchestration and automation workflow
    • 3+ years experience in designing and developing SOAP and RESTful web services
    • 3+ years experience with relational databases such as MS SQL Server, Oracle
