In this role, you will:

• The role of Business Service Analyst is to fulfil the services provided by the RMF Support and Administration Team (BSS) at defined quality levels The services are for HSBC users of the group system for Operational Risk Helios and Melody Helios has circa 18,000 Users and Melody (Mexico) users, is used globally and in multiple languages The incumbent will need to have solid knowledge of Service Management practices founded on the ITIL framework, be highly organized and have the ability to maneuver effectively the Operational Risk, HOST and user organizations and people

Requirements To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Excellent understanding of Group Operational Risk Framework
• Thorough understanding of Helios functionality and concepts of all Helios modules
• Maintain and observe HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe non-financial risk framework requirements
• SME support and training on need basis to 1st & 2nd LoD communities on functional & technical requirements of Helios via ORBiT tickets
• Experience in large data deployments in production systems with no errors
• Preparing and updating the ongoing changes in system with details
• Creating and updating the users guides on Operational Risk Framework changes
• Conducting the Drop-In sessions for Helios end users on various topics
• Helios User Access Management by following complex access management matrix and controls
• Investigating user queries/issues and finding the best feasible solution
• Identifying the bugs and issues in the system and reporting to development team for resolution
• Should be able to manage the queries related to Casewise Tool
• Coordination with different teams (internal and external)
• Defect identification on Helios functionality and escalation through appropriate groups
• BCBS Reporting Data extraction from Cognos reporting tool
• Unser entitlements Report preparation and publishing
