Job DescriptionRole description: Software Project Manager (SPjM)Responsible as Software Project Manager (SPjM) for JLR programs Align with Customer, and sub-project teams in project planning, estimation, delivery Coordinating with Customer platform and Function development teams for Feature and package delivery Coordinating with, SW, Calibration, Container and SE teams in meeting project milestones .

Responsible for capacity planning, competence buildup of the assigned team Perform QA activities as required for project success and meeting Quality targets Support acquisition of projects Proactive communication to management about customer escalations, feedback and active participation in improving customer satisfaction Reporting to project review committee, customer reviews and management reviews .

Demonstrate steps in productivity and efficiency improvement measures in assigned areaQualification and Experience

• 5-10years of experience with direct handling of OEM requirement at CE or function development level
• Good knowledge of the SW development - Process, Methods & Tools
• Minimum 1-year of experience with ASPICE, Requirement Management, DOORs, System Architecture and Software architecture
• Experience with problem handling and solving techniques
• Expertise in embedded C programming, ASCET, Rhapsody or any specific modelling tool
• Knowledge on automotive communication protocols like CAN, Flex Ray and etc
• Knowledge on automotive electronics, with good overview on sensors and actuators
• Experience in RTOS and AUTOSAR
• Proactive , Self motivated, Self learner, Take ownership, responsibility and Team member
• Good know-how about ECU ( Electronic Control units ) -HW and other HW equipment's including closed loop labs (HIL )
• Good communication skills take initiative to work in unclear environment

QualificationsMasters / Bachelor of Engineering - Electronics & Communications, Electrical and Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer ScienceAdditional InformationExperience: 5-10 years
