The candidate is required to manage and provide administration for Asia - Pac region, used by operational users and support staff
The candidate will be responsible for: - Processing approved requests via ticketing database system - Resolving user queries with regard to the LAN / Notes / applications / recertification etc - Resource testing as per Business requirement - Conduct tasks like Recert for Application / Key Operating Procedure at regular intervals as set by the Client requirements - Liaise with different support team for day to day business continuation process.
