Airbnb was born in 2007 when two Hosts welcomed three guests to their San Francisco home, and has since grown to over 4 million Hosts who have welcomed more than 1 billion guest arrivals in almost every country across the globe Every day, Hosts offer unique stays and experiences that make it possible for guests to connect with communities in a more authentic wayResponsibilities As a Procurement specialist, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end procurement services to the end-users/requestors of all business units additionally shall be responsible for alignment/adherence on global procurement metrics including areas of spend analytics, operational efficiencies, supplier performance, and benefits capture to drive procurement strategy development and implementation The successful candidate should have strong procurement knowledge to be effective as an individual contributor (IC) in a decentralized/distributed procurement environment at Airbnb, the candidate will, in addition, need to present himself/herself as an ethical, professional, highly motivated self-starter who is able to read, write and speak English and is flexible in working hours to accommodate time zones The employee will be reporting to a Procurement Manager.

Receive and review supplier intake requests for completeness Timely review of supplier submissions to ensure flags are addressed and closed timely Identify and escalate issues with appropriate stakeholders as needed Manage daily tasks to sufficiently manage supplier intake pipeline.

Generate reports on daily and periodic basis to track program metrics Continuously look to integrate process improvements and report to leadership ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness Verify and track activities with updates to better understand the individual and unique needs that each partner requires Monitor supplier profiles and contact sales team account owners or other corporate departments if issues arise Perform other related duties as assigned RequirementsMinimum Qualifications:.

Degree or advanced degree in finance, supply chain or related fields Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting/Finance Reading, writing and speaking proficiencies in English.

Proven ability to multitask, delegate and prioritize tasks Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Ability to be flexible as a member of multiple teams and across functional areas Experience with Workday financials preferred Strong integrity and work ethic.

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills Team Player - strong willingness to support the team.
