Job DescriptionJob Description +500 is the number of associates that will be part of Lead Digital Core (LDC) project spanning across all units and functions globally at Novartis Group!As a part of Novartis Lean Digital Core (LDC) S4 HANA program, you will join the Procurement solution design team and be responsible for analysing, designing, configuring, and testing the procurement processes and solutions using SAP S4 HANA This individual will work closely with other cross-functional teams to ensure that business requirements are met The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP S4 HANA and will be able to configure and customize the system to meet the organization's unique procurement needs Your responsibilities include but are not limited to Develop and maintain the SAP S4 HANA Procurement solution, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

Provide functional leadership and guidance to the implementation team and ensure that functional solutions are in line with business objectives Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure that the SAP S4 HANA Procurement solutions meet those requirements.

Configure and maintain SAP S4 HANA Material Management (MM) module Collaborate with other SAP teams to ensure a cohesive E2E design of S4 HANA processes and solutions integrating S4 HANA MM with other key S4 HANA modules (PP,QM,PM) Provide support and guidance to Novartis Direct Procurement process owners and business community on SAP S4 HANA Procurement solutions.

Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations Develop and maintain the Novartis template for the SAP S4 HANA Procurement functionalities with a focus on the invoice processing processesDiversity & Inclusion / EEO Minimum Requirements .

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chains, or related field At least 5 years of experience in implementing S4 HANA Material Management Strong understanding of other SAP S4 HANA Supply Chain modules, including PP, PM, QM, SD.

Experience with SAP S4 HANA MM configuration and maintenanceKnowledge of procurement processes, policies, procedures, and regulations Excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong verbal and written communication skills.
