About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Infrastructure EngineerIn this role, you will:
- Lead or participate in high level technical concepts spanning technology and business
- Develop specifications for complex infrastructure systems, design and test solutions
- Contribute to the testing of business, application and technical infrastructure requirements
- Drive solutions to reduce recovery
- Review and analyze solutions for cloud security, secrets management and key rotations
- Design, code, test, debug and document programs using Agile development practices
- Design complex system upgrades
- Resolve troublesome trends as they develop
- Develop a long range plan designed to resolve problems and prevent them from recurring
- Direct the daily risk and control flow of operations, focusing on policies, procedures and work standards to ensure success
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Job Description :7+ years of experience in patch/config management/lifecycle management of Application and Middleware productsProgressive experience working with a deep know-how of both the technical and business aspects of managing a large product portfolio.
Experience implementing or expanding product-driven, agile methodologies with domain expertise in a Banking/Financial organization a plusStrong knowledge of governance and reportingStrong knowledge and experience working on controlsSetting and driving product strategy and roadmaps aligned to vendor or category strategies across a large portfolio of products to manage Product Roadmaps, Baseline Standards, and Configuration ProfilesStrengthen current relationships and establish integrations with future partnersStrong technical background, good business sense, and an ability to partner closely with engineering, other product management leaders, architecture, business unit leads, application development leads and internal operations teamsUnderstand core business problems and requirements from internal stakeholders and LOB leadersProvide leadership in a prioritization of product strategy and lifecycle management.
Provide automation strategy for product management and testing of 3rd party products using variety of frameworksSelf-motivated and able to apply agile product management and continuous improvement strategiesExcellent critical thinking, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsUnderstanding of software product functionality on servers and desktops (such as Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe, Apache, IBM, etc)Preferred experience with HPSA automation or scripting languages (such as PowerShell, Python, VB scripts, etc)Develop programs and strategies to improve our security complianceResearch, define solutions, and provide remediation instructions for vulnerable productsITIL Foundations is required.
Previous exposure to ITIL Release and Service ManagementAgile - Scrum Master - Certification is added advantageMS Azure/GCP trained and certifiedIntermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel predominately)Ability to work tight deadlines and handle work pressure to successfully deliver releases.
