Assist & support Head Risk Management & Compliance in day-to-day activitiesBTECH (CIVIL) and Risk management and enterprise risk management (mandatory)Key Responsibilities include:Conduct risk assessment, analyze related documents, statistics, reports and market trendActively contribute towards developing Risk Intelligence framework and presenting the risks / challenges posed by the Macro environment on the group Setting, upgrading and improvising the group-wide Risk Management policy and processes to manage and mitigate risksRecommends and implements risk management solutions such as insurance, safety and security policies, business continuity plans, or recovery measuresEngaging with other departments to monitor and improve risk management initiativesConduct risk management awareness programs with all functions and projectsWorking on various certifications related to Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) for the organizationDrafts and presents risk reports and proposals to executive leadership and senior staffPrepare, maintain and manage documentation related to risk managementActively contribute towards updating Risk Register, hold discussions with the process owners and obtaining sign off on new risks and KRIs COMPLIANCEReview compliance framework and identify gaps Create awareness with all stakeholders about the policies and ensure compliance.

Independently perform Anti-Bribery, sanctions and fraud risk reviews Due diligence of intermediaries Conduct exercises with all functions that could uncover fraudulent behaviorWhenever required, contribute towards investigations Performs other duties as directed by department headExperienceAt least 6-8 years of work experience in Risk Management or Internal AuditInfrastructure Experience is preferred Basic exposure in ensuring compliance's would be a plus Through understanding of corporate policies and best practices of risk management Sound understanding of corporate financeExcellent verbal and written communication & interpersonal skillsConfident in interacting and following up with senior executivesShould be able to handle confidential information & maintain discretion
