Are you ready to make a difference Job Summary/Purpose :To lead the Rewards discipline within a mid-d organization or lead a specialized activity in the implementation of the Rewards strategy, and policy designed to attract, retain and reward high performing associates Your Key Responsibilities,include, but not limited to: -Select, implement and manage effective and efficient administration of compensation and/or benefit programs and processes for employee hiring, retention and motivation -Manage the participation to compensation surveys, conduct competitive market analysis and ensure benchmarking of relevant country roles -Develop and deliver training and consulting to the country organization on any Rewards-related programs & processes (e.

g GJFA, benefits, salary round) -Manage the performance and talent development of direct reports and contribute to talent development of indirect reports (-Harmonize local benefit plans between all functions, incl STO, based on global and regional governance requirements and strive for administrative efficiencies in benefit administration locally and regionally -Manage the design and renewal of local benefit plans and administration solutions in cooperation with local P&O BPs, Global benefits (for health & welfare plans) and procurement in order to leverage on Sandoz' global/regional purchasing power.

Find ways working with vendors to assess utilization of benefits to assess the impact of our benefits spend -Handle individual benefit cases (localizations, international transfers, special cases, etc) in cooperation with the Global Head Benefit team and the Cluster and local P&O BPs -Market competitiveness - closely monitor how we compare to market and work with local business and HR leaders to define benefit actions contribute towards maintenance of global benefit database including all benefit plans and group life plans of Sandoz worldwide benchmarking them against peer groups -Support key stakeholders and Global benefits in benefit related projects like M&A projects, global benefit projects, restructurings, etc -Associate value analysis - monitor how associates feel about benefit plans and define what we can do to align our benefit spend in the most impactful way for associates.
