Key Responsibility & Key Tasks Measures 1Core RequirementFundamental working knowledge of PLC logic & controls (RS Logic)

Electrical background with related experiencAllen Bradley panel view use and should have the capability to program AB servo and AB VFD drives

Kawasaki programing, RS logics and related PLC

Familiarity with VFDs, Armorstart, encoders, network/Ethernet controls

Strong understanding of conveyors sw2ystem programming in addition to DH+, Ethernet, remote IO

Should have skills on MES systems - FIS or FACMON or EcoEMOS

Check the readiness of the line by testing the equipment arranged by Technical Service Ensure trained manpower availability

EducationWork Experience

Provide inputs to Technical Services regarding specific issues faced at the line and create a detailed action report for course correction

Participate in DAP (Design Approval Process) discussions for new models related changes in Automation and finalize the facilities layout and plan along with Planning & CPED Departments

Should have knowledge of Plant Monitoring softwares

Reprogram for Engineering changes and update necessary back ups

Provide technical specifications to the Planning team prior to procurement of machines based on the past breakdown trends, new safety & quality requirements

Take necessary actions (Kaizen, skill improvements etc) to reduce repair time for machines through and review progress on a monthly basis

Try out various initiatives identified for line functionality improvements

Train operators on specific line skills and soft skills (PLC system, MES System etc)

Lead initiatives for performance readiness of Blue collar flexi manpower (with help of SQPDCME and HR) through classroom and on the job trainings

Lead self-directed teams (SDT) for productivity improvements

Coordinate with SQPDCME and HR to ensure training compliance of the Operator staff

Adhere completely to DuPont safety norms like LOTO while carrying out maintenance activities
