• To support the product business, achievement of its KPI's by improvement in Business administration related jobs, in line with the company's processes and guidelines Timely execution of roles and responsibilities with an objective of maximizing growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction within the framework of polices and regulations As a Business Administrator you will be a partner to our Sales Team and manage Quarterly Performance Calculations, Partner POS Data Consolidation, Regional Sales Reporting You will also be involved in overseeing Budgeting, sales Forecasting Period-end Closing and Reporting, Ad-Hoc Special Projects
• Interact proactively and work closely together with Sales team and respective cross-functional partners.
  
  
• Developing accurate Regional sales target Agreements based on historical performance and future expectations
• Prepare timely and accurately sales annual budgets/monthly forecasts for Regional Sales
• Monitor regional Sales reports, verticals target accounts achievement, targets, distributors Point of Sale data, analyze performance gap
• Sales Forecast preparation including Espirit up-loadable file
• Preparation of monthly sales review data and presentation.
  
  
• Weekly OV/TO / Margin Reporting of business
• Receivables analysis
• Analyze and evaluate COPA & Other financial SAP based reports
• GR / IR & Webcycle clearing coordination
• OPR preparation and analysis and preparation of monthly MIS.
  
  
• Perform the various period-end closing activities Expense Analysis, Journal Entries, internal financial report by Cost Center, General Ledger Analysis, etc
• Support projects related to Reporting Automation and optimization of Sales Analytics Tools, etc
• Willing to assume and complete ad-hoc / special projects and/or other assignments as delegated by management

• Years of experience: 12-15 years in finance
