1 Ensure that the NPAs of the region are kept at minimum trigger levels 2 Ensure that roll forward rates to higher buckets are kept within defined parameters Ensure that all the agencies in the region perform as per defined SLA 3 Ensure that the team adheres to the defined processes and policies while dealing with delinquent customers 4 Timely MIS reporting to all concerned.

5 Ensuring low employee attrition levels in the region 6 Providing support to the sales team and credit team in identifying negative areas and negative profiles in the region 7 Providing support to the CRM team in developing systems that meet the local requirements 8 Providing support to the sales team in identifying correct channel partners in synch with TATA Capital philosophy 9.

Networking with the industry at regional level, identifying trends and proactively informing the senior teams in developing effective strategies 10 Advising the sales team on the fraudulent cases in the market and taking preventive action with the support of the branch manager 11 Knowledge about competitor policies & assist the senior team in defining a suitable collection policy & trigger mechanism for catering to the target customerPost Graduate in any discipline/ Diploma/ Degree in Finance
