Duties & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for providing Statutory assistance on Payroll Compliance to Operations teamKey AccountabilitiesResponsible for providing Statutory assistance on Payroll Compliance to Operations team1 Review the updates from relevant websites and update SCU info pack and database 2.

Provide weekly internal announcement on statutory updates 3 Attend to queries from implementation Team, IT support team and Ops team 4 Research on queries from websites or refer to vendor support.

5 Discuss with SCU Manager on queries (where references and discussion required) 6 Assist Ops with the answers to client with supporting statutory support 7.

Research and assess for potential vendors and discuss with SCU Manager 8 Assess vendor services via feedback from Ops and review quality of advisory and update provided 9 Liaise with Finance to process payments to vendors.

10 Conduct, assist, evaluate and prepare report on training and assessment for Operations team 11 Develop and ensure the training materials is keep up to date based on current legislation and discussion being made the SCU Manager 12.

Support on initiating SCR and follow up on verification of test results and implementation 13 Prepare initial SCRs based on updates gathered and discuss with SCU before release in weekly updates 14 Attend meeting with SCU Manager for update forum with Operations Team and IT Support team, and discuss on the impact of SCR on the system relevant to the clients.

15 Verify and agree with SCRs issued by Operations Team specific to each client 16 Review test results and verify that SCR is duly and properly implemented 17.

Undertake other such reasonable duties as required by the Management
