At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected worldJob OverviewTE has a highly visible strategy team composed of over 50 professionals (many originating from the world's most prestigious management consulting firms) working closely with TE's business leaders across its corporate center, 3 market segments and 10 business units TE is organized into three segments, Industrial Solutions, Transportation Solutions, and Communication Solutions This role is part of the Strategy function for the Industrial Solutions segment and will report to its Director of Strategy and Business DevelopmentRole Objective:The Business Development Analyst will work directly with Sr Managers and Directors of Corporate Strategy to create shareholder value by working on the most important strategic initiatives across TE Connectivity Responsibilities:.

Collaborate within segment strategy and with corporate and business unit teams to solve complex business problems Translate business requests into well-defined problems Develop strategies and approaches to fulfill complex project assignments in creative and meaningful ways Perform analyses to generate impact driven insights Identify key trends across markets, industries, and competitors that affect our businesses .

Create analytical models to address key business questions and translate output into clear findings and recommendations Support the successful development and deployment of the annual strategy development processDesired Candidate Profile: 3-6 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, market research or quantitative analysis International experience or exposure a plus Experience creating presentations and communicating ideas and plans .

Excellent with MS-Excel and MS-PPT proficiency in data analytics suite (Tableau, Alteryx, SQL) is a plus Track record of demonstrated leadership potential through academics, work, and/or community activities Strong sense of tact, confidentiality, and maturity Problem Solving, Analytics, Work Structure and Management, and CommunicationsExcellent quantitative and analytical skills and inquisitive disposition
