Roles and Responsibilities: - Develop creative content, frame new questions and write easy-to-understand solutions Review content and questions created by other Freelancers/SME/Content Developers to ensure quality Ensure constant up-gradation of existing content for our various books Analyze and research exams patterns, type of questions and difficulty level to remain updated with latest trends in questions asked in various competitive exams Plan, develop and execute launch of new Books or new edition of books, in coordination with Content Managers and other team members Candidates with ability to create videos for YouTube will be prefered Requirement: At least 4 years experience in content development and coordination in respective subject areas skills are must Experience of working as SMEs/Educators in publications/ online platform Candidates must have prior experience of competitive exams like NEET/JEE Main, JEE Advanced etc Ability to engage in close collaboration with multiple types of people including SME's, Authors, Editors, Content Developers, Typesetters, and Designers Coordination in quality control, editing and content development works like briefing to Authors, Teachers and content editors What we are looking for: An enthusiastic individual who would like to make a difference to the education sector in India Should have a strong passion for education, and willing to learn new things Self-driven, creative and motivated with strong adherence to deadlines and learning.

Prior experience in teaching and content development will be preferable Proven time management and organizational skills Working knowledge of MS Office (MS Word and MS Excel) Good interpersonal skills
