Support Coordinator Job In Yennes Infotec Private Limited In Chennai

• Interface with customers via inbound or outbound calls or via Remote (Internet) for the purpose of resolving routine customer issues with products or services
• Speak to customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures/script, should have good understanding of the product Tally Prime
• Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy, and must not escalate issues
• Clarify customer requirements; and confirm understanding of requirements.
  
  
• Provide/ give additional customer education as needed
• Communicate effectively with Managers/teams on the daily appointments of Service Calls Schedule

• Excellent Communication Skills in English /Tamil
• Fresher Any Graduates, who have worked in Customer Service/support
• Experienced Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer support
• Knowledge of Tally Prime a plus, accounting background will be an advantage
• Language known Hindi(must) and other language as a plus.
