DescriptionJob Responsibilities:Embedded software - development, integration, validation & documentation of AUTOSAR software in Battery Management System (BMS) controller for future electric vehiclesExperience in Unified Diagnostic Services as per ISO14229.
Understanding of the On Board Diagnostic Mode Requirements as per SAE J1979Requirements Elicitation, clarification and reviewUnderstand the required input / output, parametrizations and derive/propose multiple/alternative/innovative design solutions.
Documentation of High / Low Level design, Source code and Unit TestsWork closely with designers, developers, QA, partners, suppliers and team-membersSupport for execution of function/system testing (PIL/SIL/HIL/Vehicle)Participation in all the necessary technical and project forums for Information gathering, clarifications and reportingNeed based international travel (short term)Skills and capabilities.
Experience with function/software development-cycle from software requirements, configuration & optimization to validationFunction Development Experience - on diagnostic systems and OBD (Requirement Engineering, Implementation, Testing) Sound Knowledge of the ISO14229 and SAE J 1979Knowledge of MATLAB, TARGETLINK, Vector tools (CANAPE, CANOE, Canalyzer, Candela Studio).
Hands-on experience inComplex Device Driver (CDD) Development, Integration, test environment creation for validationHands-on experience in configuring various AUTOSAR BSW stacks & integration with RTE/Application Layer, OS-configurationKnowledge of programming/scripting in Embedded-C, C++, Perl/Python, CAPL on Windows PlatformFamiliarity with ECU / Microcontroller architecture,Communication Protocols (Ethernet, FlexRay, CAN, LIN,I2C and SPI).
Knowledge of ASPICE, FuSa ISO26262, software quality guidelinesExperience in working with various data acquisition, analyses & debugging tools (Vector DaVinci Configurator, CANoe, CANalyzer, CANape, Lauterbach TRACE32)Experience in embedded static-code analysis, test framework creation and testing (unit/MC/DC integration/functional)AUTOSAR MCAL driver development for multi-core controllersWorking knowledge of Agile Methods / tools: Scrum/Kanban, JIRA, Confluence and experience with DevOps-CI/CD/Jenkins, Version & Configuration Management.
