Responsibilities:
- Candidate must have 4+ years of relevant experience in supporting M365 applications in a production environment
- Should have knowledge in Advanced Administration of Exchange Server 2016 and O365 with good understanding of Mail-flow/SMTP, Monitoring, Reporting, Integration with different technologies and Mailbox Migration activities
- Good knowledge on Dynamic Distribution Lists
- Working Knowledge of Exchange server, Software, troubleshoot various outlook related issues, troubleshoot NDRs, tracking emails etc
- Knowledge on Skype/Teams environments which includes troubleshoot login issues, audio/video related issues etc.
- Proven knowledge on O365, Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory
- Excellent knowledge of processes and tools utilized for system management, escalations, and support tools
- Excellent technical troubleshooting, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Troubleshooting iOS & Android device activation issues for emails
- Good knowledge on Mail encryption software (Preferred: Zix)
- In addition, this candidate will need to coordinate with internal and cross organizational peers to ensure successful adoption of software are met within the outlined SLAs.
- Should be able to conduct root cause analysis, introduce continuous improvement and solving problems
- Knowledge and understanding of SRE principles and Agile Methodology
Essential Qualification:4+ years of relevant experience in supporting large complex Technology Infrastructure environmentsShould have strong administrative support experience in Skype and M365 applications Experience in supporting Mobile devices would be desirableDesired QualificationAny Bachelor Degree.
