Job DescriptionJob description: -Resolve Incidents and Service Request within the SLA which are escalated from L1 and L2 teams Monitor Batch Jobs and Analytics reports Perform Daily Application Monitoring and take appropriate actions for any issue resolution Follow the Change Management process for any changes to be deployed .
