Excellent interpersonal skills, builds strong sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders Proven track record of effective decision-making makes good business decisions and exercises sound judgmentResponsibilities1 Draft assigned Pharmacovigilance agreements (PVA)/Safety Data Exchange Agreements (SDEA) (new or revisions) to ensure that they are consistent with company requirements and aligned to the specific contract/study provisions 2 Draft/Revise PVAs/SDEAs as required.

Review assigned PVAs to ensure the quality of the new/revised PVAs/SDEAs and verify that they are consistent with company requirements and aligned to the specific contract/study provisions 4 Co-ordinating input into agreements from concerned parties Determining Companies' position and negotiating terms of agreement with third parties 5 Co-ordinating review cycles and sign-offs 6 Ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information of agreements in the Pharmacovigilance Tracking Database.
