• Experience in working with any of the Payment card transaction processing company is a plus
• Work closely with clients to understand the business needs and to explore opportunities for growth.
  
  
• Perform Fortnightly and monthly client governance with customer and provide a periodic update to TCS leadership on sales, growth, and revenue projections
• Provide business advice and consultancy to clients in effective manner
• Maintain strong knowledge of company's products, pricing, policies etc, to educate clients on benefits
• Work with various stakeholders on TCS as well as customer side for progressive updates various compliance and operational activities
• Manage teams and monitor the deliveries for quality and address customer feedback/concerns related to deliveries made.
  
  
• Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions

Minimum Qualification: 15 years of full-time education Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)Desired Candidate ProfileBACHELOR OF ENGINEERING
