This is one such role!Are you ready to make a differenceYour responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Lead team management, via demonstration of strong leadership and role modelling skills, of a defined Regional/CPO/Global BF, Hyderabad Competitive Intelligence Team to enable delivery of CI reportsSupport or challenge rationale for cases/decision points and presentation of CI output to Brand Directors/ CPO Also responsible for developing and mentoring CI team at Hyderabad in line with Novartis people development requirements and Novartis Values and BehaviorsTo set-up, lead, sustain and expand CI processes and engagement for disease area, Franchise, flagship brandsEngage in strategic and tactical discussion with customer/partner groups and propose viable solutionsTo lead and manage internal and external CI resources to ensure effective projects and activities to present findings to brand directors and others.

Works closely together with the CI Group Head and cross-functional leads to and develop the Novartis CI function and address evolving business and customer needs Diversity & Inclusion / EEO Minimum Requirements What you'll bring to the role: Lead team of 7+ associates, frame their growth/development plans team and provides mentoring and support Expertise in all critical aspects of competitive intelligence Demonstrates thought leader level of understanding of CI and manages initiatives for TAs.

Drives some key initiatives in teams and implements the solution within/across teams Brand/Therapy Area/Market/Pharma Knowledge: Understanding of assigned therapy areas, NVS and competitor brands, market landscape, treatment trends and trail designs and mentors the team on drug development and commercialization elements Strong analytical skills to grasp problems the scope of the solution and effort estimation.

Good Knowledge of the Services of respective functions Ability to guide the associates on Functional projects Build presentations and case studies Region/Market Knowledge Understanding of the healthcare/pharma policies, Market access information, Knowledge on growing therapy areas Information on the Pharma News sources for key business region/countries - The US, EU5, Japan, Emerging Market CountriesTool/Portal/Database: Expertise in working with CI databases (eg.

, Pharma Projects, Trial Trove etc) Exposure to business intelligence tools (eg, Qlik Sense).
