Job Responsibilities :Reviewing project plans to make sure that they are feasible, including realistic timelines and budgets Monitoring project status and managing project scope to ensure that goals are met on time and within budget Managing technical staff members and contractors to ensure that project requirements are met and deadlines are met Coordinating with other internal departments such as accounting or human resources as needed to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively Estimating costs for labor and materials needed for each phase of a project and tracking spending throughout the project Reviewing technical documentation to make sure that it is accurate and complete Leading meetings with clients or other stakeholders to discuss project goals, progress, and challenges Supervising the work of engineers, architects, or other technical staff members who are responsible for designing and building structures such as houses or office buildings Evaluating new technology, equipment, and materials for potential application in projects
