THO is available to manage all technician call interactions as per the roaster within parameters, inclusive of calls, video Chats and other tasks
Regularly update his technical skills through interactions and learning from team leader
Follow the Standard operating procedures given to resolve the scenarios reported at THO
Ensure the online resolution is given to all the calls received by him/her
Ensure complete ownership is taken for the resolution of the ticket raised and follow-up with the team for
Demonstrates ownership of all Engineer and frontend field team contacts by personally ensuring that any action required is completed as promised
Seeks to educate the technician at every possible opportunity.
Empower Home Care Engineers and frontend team members to use self-care in future and communicate
