• Leads all engineering activities within project teamOwns and manages engineering budget
• Technical Interface to customer, Managing all R&D deliverables in the project in time/quality/cost
• Represents R&D as single point of contact in Project Team
• Ensures all Engineering Phase reviews and releases on timeNo unplanned development loops, verification right first time on time
• Engineering Hours/Spend according to project budget

• BE / Master's in engineering (Electrical/Automotive),12-15 years of Experience in Product Engineering, R&D in Automotive/ eMobility systems, (Handling eMobility systems, Knowledge of eMobility products, Product design, validation, and certification)
• Knowledge of Transmission/eMobility Systems Engineering
• Min 5 years' experience in Project/Product Management
• Excellent interpersopnal and communication skills, Knowledge of Automotive SPICE (ASPICE), FUSA, Cyber Security
• To be able to join in 1- 2 months
