• Conducting market research to gather and list of prospect customers as per the requirements shared by the management
• Generate potential leads by making outbound calls to the data gathered for identifying interested customers
• Making Formal communication with prospect customers through emails and following up with them for fixing up appointments for the field sales team
• To make calls and fix appointments as per the target assigned by the management to reach potential customers
• Updating the account details in CRM.
  
  
• Follow up with existing clients for renewals
• Need to abide by the targets shared by the management and reach them
• Maintain records for potential leads and share timely reports as per the requirements shared by the management
