Job Title: Training Manager (US Market) Location: Noida / Kolkata / Full time Remote Timings: 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM (IST) Desired Profile: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field At least 6+ years of Experience into IT Training Solutions deliveries for US Market & willing to work in night shift Handling end to end after sales cycle like recruiting instructors for execution of projects, dealing with 3rd Party Vendors, coordinating with Sales team Our preference is from IT Training companies and who can independently handle assigned task Work closely with sales team during RFPs / Proposal submission.

Well versed with Training deliveries for Online / Classroom trainings Developing quotation and proposals for clients / Vendors / 3rd Party Vendors / Outsource Companies Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Excellent Communication Skills Responsibilities: Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals Consults with managers of the company, talking with their employees, or administering surveys Handling Delivery Functions for Pre-Sales and Post Sales for Government deliveries Working on Government bids for cost effective solutions.

Recruit new talents for different training and propose customized solution based on the requirements Reviews existing training materials produced by third parties to determine appropriateness and relevance Hires qualified personnel to present in-person and online training sessions Schedules training sessions, monitors whether the information technology are organized, other equipment required, and manages course enrollment Hiring local instructor resources for United States and Global for Online Batches Hiring Rental facilities in good cost with good amenities Collaborating closely with Product and Developing team for updating and maintaining courses for the website Overall responsible for execution of Webinars Involved with Instructors and partners for getting Accreditation and On-Boarding
