• Job Responsibilities : 1 Maintain coordination with the transport vendor - Biker team2 Manage the team`s route planning3 Ensure device pickup from customer premise and delivery at JC (JioCentre) in defined timelines by JC bikers4 Resolving issues of bikers, if any5.
  
  Allocation of work order to bikers for device pickups in the system6 Ensure effective complaint management (delay in device pick up,missed appointment, reschedule etc)7 Enable smooth functioning of the service support ecosystem8 Implement guidelines, policies, training9 Monitor real time reports & prepare performance reports accordingly
