Learning and Organizational Development – facilitator
• Responsible for managing the day-to-day training operations for the business
• Identify Training Need Analysis
• Designing training module according to the requirements
• Delivering training modules under specified timelines
• Manage the New Joiner Orientation.
• Delivering training / coaching to improve internal employees (Business Etiquette, Communication, Telephone Etiquette, Email Etiquette etc)
• Conducting other soft skill trainings eg Presentation Skills, Team Building, Grooming, Gender Diversity, Feedback Delivery Approach, etc
• Preparing pre-andpost-assessment reports.
• Running campaigns to drive Awareness/Improvements on Communication & Soft Skills
• Ensure adequate balance of classroom and virtual offering mix
• Coordinate with other support teams
• Track and share critical training metrics on a timely basis
• Seek continuous feedback on the training programs deployed to feed back into improving and enhancing training offerings.
• Managing a portfolio of learning programs aligned to professional development including training calendar, operating budget
• Managing design and development projects for creating new learning interventions
• Preparing presentations for leadership forums, content development and Dashboards
• Coordinating & Managing Talent Management platforms like Fast track career growth program, Retention & Succession planning, Mentorship program
• Developing and delivering soft skills/behavioural& developmental training
• Coordinating and monitoring Management Development Programs (MDPs) for Senior Management
• Managing Assessment & Development centers
• Vendor management & MIS
