Job Description: 1Manage end to end accounting cycle 2Handling timesheet loadout from QuickBooks 3.

Handling QuickBooks Report (Desktop/Online) 4Maintain accounts receivable reports and follow up with clients on timely manner 5Evaluating reports and verifying discrepancies to resolve client billing issues and to finalize client payments.

6Maintain track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc 7To overview Time-sheets and Accounts Receivables process and ensure the invoicing andpayment collection is being done correctly 8.

Handling US Payroll process and making sure all the compliance on Federal and state law requirements 9Working with India and US Management related to commission and incentive processing as well as planning 10Provide Financial analysis of company's projects and suggest required changes.

11Work with CPA to finalize the Sales tax and income tax returns on Quarterly, Semiannually and annual basis 12Final calculations and Annual bonus processing 13.

Registration of States and Locals and maintaining compliance 14Finalization of Books and accounts at end of the year and return filing
