Looking for immediate joiners, who can join us with in a week
Role & Responsibility: -
1) Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients
2) Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions
3) Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Job diva), Making job postings on the Job Portal
4) Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement
5) Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets
6) Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status
Desired Candidates:
• Looking for candidates with min 6 months exp in US recruitment
• Should have excellent communication skills
• Should be from US recruitment background
• Must be a quick thinker
• Should be well versed with various tax terms(W2, C2C, 1099)
• Should have thorough understanding of various IT terminologies
Note: no cab facility
Job location will be in Mehdipatnam Hyderabad
