We are looking for a UX Designer to develop and extend the UX capabilities of our AI-driven web and mobile applicationsJob Responsibilities: Acquire in-depth knowledge of the product roadmap, user processes, and current design concepts to convert complex requirements into user-friendly interfaces Work closely with the Head of Product to take features from initial concept, sketches, wireframes, and final high-fidelity designs to implementation and deployment Collaborate with the product team to conduct user research, create personas, and validate designs through usability testing Continuously improve and update existing product design.

Create and deliver engaging cross-platform user experiences for our industry-leading products Maintain close communication with the product team and/or customers to fully understand the target audience and objectives of the project Test new features through beta testing and work with engineers to refine them before releasing to users Rapidly prototype new product designs with users to quickly validate functionalityQualification 3 or more years of experience working on a product or user experience team.

Knowledgeable about analytics products and their users, including business intelligence tools, notebooks, and data transformation tools Adept at quickly creating and revising prototypes Strong ability to gather feedback from customers and adapt designs accordingly Utilize data-driven approach in the design and development process Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in a remote work setting.

Demonstrated user-centered and systematic thinking in the creation of prototypes and high-fidelity designs A portfolio of work that showcases UX and UI design for responsive single-page web applications for both desktop and mobile devices
