Overall accountable for Sales in terms of Fresh Collection at the centre
Lead Generation via Telecalling & Telecounselling
Timely connect with all WebLeads, Appointment scheduled Leads leading to Conversions ie registrations
Identifying/Generating new leads  through references, Chain Building
Participating in field activities during special Campaigns (RYN, Seminar, Infodesks, Canopy)
Sales & Registrations with Followups(48 hours time frame)
Maintain all MIS
Build and maintain relationship with existing customers / clients
Participating in daily Sales review and plan meetings
Participate in the Centre Review & Planning Meeting/s (CRM)

Key Skills

Counsleor, Carrer Counseling, Acedemic Counselor

Graduate/Post Graduate with minimum 1-3 years of Sales & Marketing - Counselling experience in any Service Company
Enthusiastic, Assertive professional in age of 21-30 years
Having a pleasant disposition with Good communication & Presentation skills
Good Convincing and Negotiating Ability (Counselling leading to conversion, as per customer needs)
Ability to understand and execute the marketing development activities to generate leads
Target oriented approach (Ability to do conversions to Registrations leading to sales and Fresh Collection at Centre)
Ready to Work in between 10AM-6:30PM, as per the centres requirement
