To understand clients requirements (in terms of nationality , salary , years of experience , gender , country of source , cultural fitment etc ) and conduct CV search in job boards, portals and other sources and shortlist appropriate candidate for a position within agreed timeline, based on client’s requirement
• Formulate and manage India specific and international recruitment assignments, specifically working on mid-career to senior level opportunities
• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition and Marketing teams as well as Regional Team Leaders, to develop and implement relevant attraction plans for specific regions and/or industries
• Ensure each recruitment assignment is delivered to budget and to Client expectation
• Effectively demonstrate “best practices” and promote brand awareness
• Communicate business pipeline to Managing Director and Recruitment Manager
• Build and manage a team of Consultants and Recruiters whilst supporting and mentoring less experienced members of the team
• Meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets
• To make job postings in the free job boards/ social media / linked in / recruiter networking groups as & when required
• To create a pool of talent pipeline of the sourced candidates and maintain relationship with candidates sourced till the candidate joins the client organization
• Format CVs as per Ultiwise CV formatting guidelines and maintain a record of all CVs sourced
• To arrange for necessary documents & certificates as required by the clients
• To coordinate for interviews (Face to face , telephonic , skype interview ) for the shortlisted candidates communicate to Ultiwise HR Team leader / Manager .
• To ensure that there is “NO SHOW” of the candidates at the day of interview
• Coordinate within the business team to deliver the assigned task and day to day activities
• Generate leads for new hiring from the candidates
• To submit daily and other report of all the candidates sourced & approved to Ultiwise Team Leader / Manager Attend team meeting at regular intervals
