• Excellent communication skills to be able to review SOP and GTE.
  
  
• 3-5 years of Experience in Australian/Canada/USA/UK/NZ etc Education process
• Through knowledge on assessing client's educational/financial and family background and suggesting the right country, course and university to ensure the best possible visa outcome for the client
• Sound knowledge of student visa documentation requirements and student visa application lodgement
• Sound Knowledge of visitor visa lodgement and documentation
• Reliable/Good at hitting deadlines
• Meet foreign university delegates
• Representing company during International Education Fairs and events
• Lesioning with universities, staff and clients.
  
  
• Be flexible and able to meet individual needs by providing person-specific attention
• Verifying all the documentation for authenticity and to meet the GTE requirements
• In-depth knowledge of profile, courses, college assessment and should be able to review SOP and GTE requirements
• Maintaining all records and communication on CRM system
• Be very prompt in replying to client and procuring all required information and documents well before visa lodgement from client
• Daily follow up with client for pending document/information.
  
  
• To have all written communication by official mails
• Maintaining the confidentiality of the client and company data and records
• To send daily, weekly and monthly reports of all the visa cases received to reporting officer and head office
• Prioritising work according to the student visa expiry date and special attention to be given to visitor visa's which have urgent To lodge all the regular visa cases within 7 days of the receipt of the file unless mentioned.
  
  
• To lodge minimum 7 visa files in a week

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of proven work experience in overseas education industry
• Solid knowledge of office procedures
• Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
• Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Familiar with different social media platforms
