As a visual designer and illustrator you will be working with the Brand Studio that forms the heart of visual communication at Plum The brand studio engulfs a team of communication designers who create engaging narratives for businesses and individuals to educate them about all things insurance and healthWhat you'll do be doing

• Build and maintain the brand & visual system for plum products
• Craft visually engaging narratives to educate HRs and employees about health insurance and wellness
• Collaborate with other designer and business stakeholders in solving user problems through visual story telling.
  
  
• Deliver visual consistency across all channels like app, websites, e-mailers, landing pages, collaterals and growth campaigns
• Measure the performance and success of the artefact and iterate them based on the feedback
• Mentor a team of communication designers and guide them along their careers and personal growth areas

Requirements

• 2-5 years experience crafting visual design experiences digital products across mobile and web
• A strong portfolio of illustrations and visual design work that conveys an ability to ship desirable products.
  
  
• Versatility of telling stories across different mediums and touch points in the digital design
• Understand how sales, marketing, product and business functions work together to shipping releases
• Should have a strong command over the craft and a deeper understanding of the visual design principles
• Should be excited about working in a fast-paced environment with high ownership in an early-stage setup
