Job Description:
Knowledge in Airline industry
Good Written and oral communication
Ability to understand customer needs and deliver accordingly
Flexible to work in rotational shifts /offs
Experience into Airline background / Hotel Industry / ticketing tools are eligible
1-6 years of overall experience with a minimum
Excellent Communication skills with ability to convince thought process to internal / external stakeholders
Amadeus, Galileo, Apollo,Navitaire, Sabre, Travelsky, Worldspan, KANA or Rumba ( Any one of the tool is must )
Willing to work in a shift based work schedules
Process and raise required requests/transactions and make sound decisions related to customer requirements.
Take action on process transactions and handle the same with proper research
Adhere to process quality metrics and strive to exceed the monthly/annual quality & productivity targets
Work Experience – > 1 to 6 years
