In this role, you will:

• Define, develop and implement new procedure to improve delivery time lines
• Customer / Business Satisfaction
• Provide ongoing customer-driven feedback and input to help improve quality
• Contribute to enhancement of technical competency
• Ensure products/ patterns / standards are defined by platform team to be used across IT Globally, with appropriate compliance assurance processes and checking Ensure platform teams are defining and ensuring with compliance of standards and controls.
  
  
• Communicate the processes and controls defined by the Practice function, and enforce mandated activities, privileged access controls, and assignment where appropriate
• Support the development of the Practice Community
• Improve efficiency and reduce hand-offs from the development pods and out of hours support requirements
• Adopt where appropriate consistent working practices to improve alignment and ability to share expertise between groups functions areas
• Provide status updates to stakeholders and escalates issues when necessary.
  
  
• Proven experience in networking, storage, Windows
• Understanding of security best practices
• Working independently and collaboratively
• Work with Agile methodology, representing the PoD and Area in meetings
• Providing scripted solutions to unique scenarios

Requirements To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Controlled shutdown and restart of services and dependencies
• Deployment of Monthly MS Fixes / Patches
• MS Cluster configurations and troubleshooting
• Basic understanding of SQl server
• Power Shell knowledge
• Basic Cloud Knowledge
• Communication skills
• Relationship building with business and customers
• Active listening, negotiation, problem solving
