- CPU, Memory, Disk, services, uptime monitoring & reporting
- Disk management - creating partitions for the different types of servers
- Disk space management for OS partition(s)
- System Log file management
- User account management and monthly reporting
- Incident and Request Services Management and monitoring
- BFL Approved client software installation on server environment
- Coordination and support with Patch Management team for regular patching activities with the help of onsite team to get down time confirmation from the application, DB and Server owner
- CMDB management
- Request Fulfillment Management End-Users / Onsite Team will raise the request with the help of BFL DCO team
- Vendor coordination
