8+ years of IT experience and 5+ years of experience in developing Integration Artefacts using Workday Technology Designing, development, testing and deployment of Workday integrations using Custom Report, EIB, Core Connector, PICOF, PECI and Workday Studio Have worked on at least one End-to-End Workday Implementation project Good to have knowledge on developing Workday Payroll Integration Gather and analyze requirements and provide technical advice and best practices with respect to integration development and implementation Provide solution and integration development with Workday including requirements, technical specs, design, custom development, integration testing, UAT and deployment Maintain continuously and support existing integrations by resolving defects (if any), enhance and apply required updates, as necessary Monitor and ensure successful completion of integration runs Ensure the productive operations of Workday System Architecture including all interfaces (integrations) as well as custom reports/dashboards Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns Stay abreast of emerging trends and new functionality in areas related to the Workday product Work both independently and collaboratively with stakeholders and others across the team to define requirements and develop a robust solution Work with functional teams for discovery and design sessions, as needed Partner with the team on Integrations solution design, development, delivery and documentation EDUCATION AND OTHER SKILLS: Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Information Systems or relational functional field) Certified in at least one Workday integration technology track: Workday Pro Connectors and Document Transformation, Workday Pro Integrations Administration or Workday Pro Studio Working in US -India Overlapping Hours Good Analytical and Designing skills Good communication and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross functional team Self-starter, with a demonstrated ability to learn beyond training
