Job Summary Zonal Manager - Lifestyle Finance Job Purpose 'This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd' Responsible to onboard Professional courses National OEM's like Byju's, Aakash Institute, Allen Institute, Vedantu, Etc with total market of 100k Cr Also, responsible to maintain IPC & IRR from partners on monthly basis, for that candidate need to plan business volume with CXO's on frequent basis.

Responsible for high engagement with National OEM's for annual, quarterly, season plan with them and to resolve issues if any Responsible for alignment between BFL sales team & OEM's for smooth business & best of the services Responsible for timely cancellation of loans , if any and also recovery of any outstanding from partners within 30 days of cancellation Job Duties & Key Responsibilities Duties and Responsibilities - 3 PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job) Business Development OEM's Monthly plan to onboard new OEM's in professional courses .

Target Allocation to team with strategic support Visit various markets to analyze the business potential Establish connects and initiate new partnerships to expand the presence of education category business Influence and educate potential partners on the value proposition of the business model and mutual business benefit of financing treatments for customers Negotiations on rate and other business terms and conditions with partners & also to maintain IPC & IRR Key account management .

Run track and monitor the business numbers for large OEM's to ensure the business gets platform to grow business with BFL Ensure appropriate schemes to run at key accounts Ensure engagement of the partner with local sales team Share MIS and monthly dashboards to enable business reviews with OEM's Share updates on the cases enabled through financing their progress and impact through business generated .

Periodically engage with partner and representatives from finance marketing and operations to explain progress Partner management Regularly meet with the partners to scale up the business and enhance our proposition eg activate the customers to buy repeat business working capital etc Explore new ways to increase penetration and business with the partners (e.

g take partner customer database) Engage with Partners to lend adequate support and gain from the synergies to deliver on the overall objectives of the partnership Assist partner with reconciliation address payment and subvention related queries Participate in the periodical reviews with partner on business and operational performance Category Management .

Market study of various segments products and partners to draw inferences on way forward for Education Category Participate in meetings with senior stakeholders at Partner organizations to finalize the tie-up arrangements engage in negotiation of commercials to onboard the partners in Education Category Lead tie-ups and commission rate calculations offered to partners within the defined range Support analysis of potential of partners their positioning in the market and impact on own P&L of business to propose differential pricing and business terms Periodically meet with the large partners to build relationships seek feedback resolve issues and provide further support if required .

Guide team to prepare and disseminate relevant reports to partners Review key information being shared in reports and determine any changes to the various reports based on requirementRequired Qualifications and Experience SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE (Minimum acceptable proficiency for this job which best indicates the education and/or experience requirements of this job and not the incumbent) Educational Qualifications a) Qualifications Post-Graduation - MBA b) Work Experience 12 -15 years of experience, preferably experience in Financial Industry Strong business development and sales experience in B2B ecosystem .
